Starting with limited knowledge of IoT services, I conducted thorough research to understand intricacies. Despite the live product lacking monitoring, I gathered client feedback and tailored solutions. Transitioning to wireframing, I aligned concepts with identified issues, iterated through scenarios, and conducted competitor analysis, positioning us ahead. Engaging in product reviews and stakeholder feedback, I refined designs to match specific use cases. Tasked with a major redesign of the KodeOS mobile platform, I immersed myself in IoT research to expand my understanding. I focused on clarifying the information architecture for improved navigation, aligning it with the web platform. Creating a Design System for both mobile and web, I fostered seamless collaboration with developers.
Beginning with wireframing, I iterated on concepts, finalizing versions through team discussions. This led to iterative refinement from onboarding to administrative interfaces.
